The outdoor spiral ramp and pathways attract visitors and passersby from these bustling areas, creating a continuous flow of people through the museum and its public spaces. By incorporating a rooftop observation deck accessible via public walkways, the museum offers panoramic views of the cityscape and river, enhancing the visual and experiential connection between the museum and its environment.

The facade, inspired by traditional seawall construction techniques, harmonizes with the natural and urban surroundings, creating a dynamic visual effect that reflects the flowing water.
