The master plan strategically positions the landmark building as an exhibition venue while transforming the entire plot into a canvas for art installations. Through the curation of dining and retail offerings, the project addresses the longstanding service gap near the bank. Gathering spaces seamlessly integrated with the landscape and accommodate congregation activities.
